Pulpet z cukinii i ziemniaków

Ingredients:

400 g ziemniaków
400 g cukini
4 łyżki utartego żółtego sera
1 łyżeczka masła
2 jajka
1/2 szklanki jogurtu
tarta bułka
natka
2 łyżki orzeszków ziemnych

Prepare instructions:

Cukinię i ziemniaki obrać, opłukać. Zagotować wodę w 2 garnkach i posolić. W jednym m ugotować ziemniaki, w drugim cukinię na miękko. Odlać wodę, odparować. Przetrzeć przez sito osobno cukinię i ziemniaki. Orzeszki ziemne posiekać. Filiżankę puree z cukini odłożyć, resztę połączyć z puree ziemniaczanym. Przyprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem. Masę wyrobić.
Jeśli jest za rzadka, można dosypać tartej bułki. Dodać ser, posiekana natkę i jajka, wymieszać. Uformować duży pulpet. Zawinąć w posmarowany masłem papier do pieczenia lub folię aluminiowa. Włożyć do wrzącej wody, gotować przez 20 min. Odłożone puree z cukini rozgrzać, połączyć z jogurtem, orzeszkami ziemnymi, przyprawić według smaku solą i szczyptą pieprzu. Pulpet odwinąć z folii, gdy będzie jeszcze ciepły. Pokroić w plastry, ułożyć na półmisku. W osobnym naczyniu podać przygotowany sos jogurtowo-orzechowy.
