Ingredients:

6 jaj

4 łyżki mąki pszennej

2 łyżki kakao

3/4 szkl. cukru

1 łyżeczka proszku

ok. 50 dag sera

ok. 1/2 puszki kajmaku

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubic, dodać cukier, żółtka wcześniej wymieszane z proszkiem, delikatnie wymieszać mikserem. Na koniec dodać mąkę, kakao i wymieszać łyżką. Piec nie dłużej niż 15 min.

Zaraz po upieczeniu wyciągnąć z piekarnika, zwinąć w rulon wraz ze ściereczką ( wierzchem ciasta do środka). Po wystudzeniu naponczować.

Masa serowo-kajmakowa:

Ser zmiksować, dodać kajmak, razem wymieszać, wyłożyć na biszkopt i zwinąć w rulon (wierzchem ciasta do środka!)

Pamiętać musicie, że masa jest rzadka po zmiksowaniu , dopiero na drugi dzień ma idealną konsystencję i świetnie się kroi.
