Sałatka wielkanocna szwedzka

Ingredients:

ugotowane piersi z kurczaka lub mięso z innych części kurczaka,
śliwki w occie (2 słoiki),
10 dag orzechów włoskich lub mieszanki orzechów z migdałami i rodzynkami (ale z przewagą orzechów włoskich)

Sos: majonez, śmietana, curry, cukier

Prepare instructions:

W przezroczystej salaterce przekładać warstwę mięsa porwanego palcami na kawałki z warstwami śliwek pokrojonych w paseczki i orzechów (powinny wyjść minimum 2 warstwy każdego składnika – dużo tu zależy od rozmiaru salaterki).
Polać sosem zrobionym ze sporej ilości majonezu (1 słoik jak nic, sosu musi być sporo) z dodatkiem śmietany, curry i odrobiną cukru do smaku.

Jeżeli sałatkę poda się w dniu przygotowania to będzie się bardzo ładnie prezentowała na stole, jeżeli dzień później to mięso zabarwi się sokiem śliwkowym, ale całość będzie dużo smaczniejsza.

Zkad ty masz ta recepte? Mieszkam w Szwecji od 30 lat, pracuje w gastronomi i nigdy nie slyszalam o takiej salatce na Wielkanoc w Szwecji. Ciekawe, pozdrawiam.

Przepis pochodzi od kogoś, kto nigdy nie był w Szwecji . Ale sałatka jest pyszna, chociaż, jak się okazuje nie szwedzka. Pozdrawiam.
