Sałatka wiosenna z sosem koperkowo-czosnkowym

Ingredients:

główka sałaty

2 pomidory

2 ogórki zielone

kilka rzodkiewek

5 jajek

jogurt naturalny (mały kubek)

koperek

czosnek 1-2 ząbki

sól, pieprz

1-2 łyżki soku z cytryny

Prepare instructions:

Jajka ugotować na twardo i ostudzić, obrać.

Przygotować sos:

jogurt naturalny wymieszać z posiekanym koperkiem, zmiażdżonym czosnkiem, sokiem z cytryny, doprawić solą i pieprzem.

Układać sałatkę warstwami:

na spód porwać sałatę, na niej rozłożyć pokrojone w plasterki rzodkiewkę i ogórek. Pomidory pokroić w ósemki i rozłożyć na ogórkach. Na wierzch rozłożyć jajka pokrojone w ćwiartki. Polać wszystko sosem. Podawać od razu.

Sałatka dobra na kolację, u mnie wykorzystane własna sałata i rzodkiewka wyhodowana "pod folią" na działce.

Za czosnkiem nie przepadam, więc ominęłam. Poza tym sos z koperkiem jest rewelacyjny, super sałatka. Dziękuję za pomysł.
