sałatka z kiszonej kapusty - całoroczna

Ingredients:

1/2 kg kapusty kiszonej
biała część dużego pora
2 marchewki
1 pietruszka (korzeń)
1/2 korzenia selera (zwyczajnego)
kilka (3 - 6) ogórków kiszonych
sól,pieprz do smaku
oliwa z oliwek lub inny olej

Prepare instructions:

Por pokroić w półtalarki.Marchewki,pietruszkę oraz seler zetrzeć na
tarce jarzynowej.Wymieszać.Dodać pokrojoną kapustę (lepiej
łączą się składniki) i ogórki kiszone.Wszystko razem wymieszać
dodając sól i pieprz (lepiej dodać go więcej) oraz oliwę.
Sałatka,a raczej surówka jest znakomita do dań z ryb
oraz kotletów mielonych,a także do wielu innych potraw.
Warto wypróbować ten przepis.
Będziecie zajadać się tą suróweczką tak jak ja i moja

rodzina.
