Sałatka z ogórków ---do słoiczków na zimę i..super

Ingredients:

4kg ogórków zielonych ,1/2 kg marchwi,1/2 kg cebuli 3 łyżki soli ,1szklanka oleju ,1 szklanka cukru ,1 szklanka octu

Prepare instructions:

Ogórki umyć ,obrać ,pokroić w plastry ,marchwke obrać zetrzeć na tarce , cebuke pokroić na półksięzyce .Wymieszać wszystkie produkty ,włożyć do słoików i zagotować w garnku nalac wody i wlożyć słoiczki --od zagotowania się wody gotować jeszcze 10 min nic więcej ---poobracać słoiczki do góry dnem .Polecam --sałatka pyszna do obiadku czy do grilla :):)

Pyszna sałatka .Jutro zrobie jej więcej bo do zimy jest dużo czasu.

Do zalewy dodaje się wodę? Bo czy 1 szkl. oleju, 1 szkl. octu i 1 szkl. cukru to nie zbyt mało na 4 kg ogórków?

nie dajemy wody , ogórki wypuszczą sok

W zeszłym roku wypróbowałam przepis i w tym roku robię podwójną porcję :)
