Sałatka z tuńczykiem i pomidorami

Ingredients:

1 torebka ryżu (100gr)

1 por tylko biała część

2 puszki tuńczyka sałatkowego w oleju każda po 185g-220g

3 duże pomidory ok.35 dag.

1/2 pęczka natki pietruszki

1 pęczek szczypiorku lub szczypioru

sól pieprz ewentualnie swoje przyprawy

Prepare instructions:

Ryż ugotować według przepisu na opakowaniu dodając 1 łyżeczkę oliwy z tuńczyka

Por pokroić w kostkę, posolić wygnieść dobrze ręką wrzucic na sito i sparzyć wrzątkiem aby zmiękł.

Pomidory sparzyć obrać ze skórki, pokroić w dość sporą kostkę wrzucić na sito aby odciekł nadmiar soku.

Nać pietruszki obrać z grubych łodyg, resztę drobno posiekać

Szczypiorek lub szczypior posiekać.

Ryż i por wymieszać.

Sałatkę układać warstwami

Ryż z porem

tuńczyka -posypać sporo natką pietruszki

pomidor posypać szczypiorkiem

Sałatkę wstawić w chłodne miejsce na parę godzin a jest najlepsza na drugi dzień.

Spływający sok z pomidorów i oliwa nadają ryżowi ciekawy smak przez co sałatka ma ciekawy wyraz smaku.
