Wszystko w tej sałatce jest super -  tak robię i lubię.  Zastanawia mnie tylko ten duży burak.  Bo ugotowany,  starty, -  i niczym nie doprawiony ?   Astec -  taki burak z wody w łupinie jest niedobry.  A jest on ostatnią warstwą  -  czy przejdzie smakami  przez noc ?

Oczywiście słuszna uwaga.  Ja solę tylko wodę w której gotuję buraka.

To już zupełnie zmienia smak.  Sprobuję z buraczkiem -  ale na Wielkanoc juz nie dam rady matiasów kupić .....
