400 g tlustszego miesa wieprzowego
300 g kapusty kiszonej
150 g sloniny
2 lyzki smalcu
2 cebule
2 lyzki maki
kwasna smietana
slodka papryka mielona
3 liscie bobkowe
ziele angielskie
pieprz
sol
rosol /moze byc z kostki/

Prepare instructions:

Mieso pokroic w wieksza kostke,slonine w mniejsza, wraz ze smalcem wlozyc do naczynia do zapiekania. Posolic, posypac pokrojona w plasterki cebula, posypac pieprzem, mielona papryka i dobrze wymieszac aby mieso pokrylo sie papryka. Dodac kapuste kiszona wraz z sokiem z kapusty. Wymieszac z miesem. Dodac przyprawy i podlac rosolem.
Przykryc, wstawic do piekarnika nagrzanego na 200 stopni, zapiekac 15-20 minut.
Znizyc temperature na 150 stopni i piec,mieszajac od czasu do czasu, okolo

2 godzin.
Wszystko zalac smietana wymieszana z odrobina sosu z miesa i kapusty lub z rosolem. Wymieszac,jeszcze chwilke gotowac.

Podawac z knedlem lub z chlebem.

Witaj Mari! Jadłam kiedyś taką potrawę w Czechach z czeskim knedlem. Było przepyszne!!! Ale co należy zrobić ze sloniną i smalcem? Także dodać do mięska?

Juz poprawilam w przepisie, przepraszam ale "zgubilam" jedna linijke. Mam nadzieje ze napiszesz jak w yszlo, czy podobne jak w Czechach? Pozdrawiam.
