Ingredients:

1- 1,5 kg ziemniaków
1 - 2 łyżki masła, trochę mleka (żeby wyszło ładne puree)
czosnek w proszku (1-2 łyżeczki)
1/2 kg mięsa mielonego mieszanego lub mielonej łopatki wieprzowej
1 paczka 400-500 g mrożonej mieszanki warzywnej (wg gustu, ja najczęściej używam 3-składnikową: groszek, marchewka, kukurydza, ale warzywa na patelnię meksykańskie z Lidla też świetnie się komponują)
sos ciemny pieczeniowy (ja używam Winiary)
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrać i ugotować. Ubić na puree z masłem i odrobiną mleka i czosnkiem.
W czasie gotowania ziemniaków na patelni przysmażyć mięso, rozdzielając je widelcem, mięso doprawić solą i pieprzem, dodać warzywa i smażyć dalej ok. 15 min. Dodać sos przygotowany wg przepisu na opakowaniu.

Na dno żaroodpornego naczynia wyłożyć mięso z warzywami i sosem, na to na wierzch puree, nie uklepywać tylko wyciągnąć lekko w górę stożki, można ewentualnie posypać startym serem.

Zapiekać ok. 30 min. w 180 stopniach, ziemniaki muszą lekko zbrązowieć.

Rożnica między Shepherd's Pie a Cottage Pie leży w mięsie, Anglicy używają baraniny do Shepherd's Pie a wołowiny do Cottage Pie, ale co my tu będziemy cudować

jedzonko jest super pyszne, nieważne jak je zwać.

Duża porcja dla 4 osób.

Cieszę się, że smakowało, to taka fajna odmiana od zwykłych mielonych czy spaghetti po bolońsku, którymi się ratujemy jak nie ma pomysłu na obiad
