robię podobnie, ale pomijam paprykę, a śliwki z boczkiem przygotowuje na grillu ;) gotowe podaję z żurawiną. są obłędne!

Ja też robię śliwki w boczku.. Śliwki kalifornijskie, mięsiste - te są najlepsze, bo próbowałam już wiele odmian.

Bardzo dobre są te śliweczki. Ja zamiast papryki zawijam cienkim plasterkiem żółtego sera i na gril lub do piekarnika. Są pyszne na przekąskę powiedzmy do piwka:))

robię te śliweczki już od dawna i podaję do zupy krem z dyni .Komponuje się znakomicie-polecam
