Ingredients:

Wyjdzie okolo 1 i 1/2 litra

4 dl wina
1 laska wanilji
2 cytryny ( starta drobno skorka)
2 dl brazowego cukru ( brown suger)
1 kg sliwek

Prepare instructions:

Wlac wino do garnka. Przeciac wanilje w zdluz i wyskrobac ziarenka.Dodac ziarna i laske do wina.Dodac cukier i skorke z cytryn.Zagotowac, obnizyc ogien i gotowac jeszcze 10 minut.Naciac nozem kawalek skory sliwek i wkladac je po pare sztuk do gotujacej wody (inny garnek), gotowac 15 sekund i zdejmowac skore ze sliwek.Wlozyc obrane sliwki do zalewy z wina i delikatnie gotowac minute. Odstawic z ognia do ostudzenia. Podawac letnie albo zimne z lekko ubita smietana, albo z lodami na deser.

Jak sie chce je przechowac, to najlepiej zamrozic w syropie i odmrazac powoli w lodowce przed podaniem.

Uzywa sie swieze sliwki , nie wiem jakie teraz u was mozna kupic. W Szwecji mamy caly rok amerykanskie okragle ciemno fioletowe sliwki i nadaja sie super do tego przepisu.
