Ingredients:

1/2 litra spirytusu 70 procentowego, 1 kg węgierek śliwek, 2 szkl. cukru( ja używam spirytusu własnej produkcji powstalęgo na bazie śliwek, ktory leżakuje przez 1 okrągly rok)

Prepare instructions:

do gąsiorka wkładamy wymyte i w 3/4 ilości wypestkowane śliwki, resztę wkładamy z pestkami , zasypujemy cukrem , korkujemy gąsiorek i pozostawiamy w ciepłym miescu do momentu aż się rozpuści cukier, wlewamy wtedy spirytus i pozostawiamy na 5 tygodni zakorkowany. następnie po czasie zlewamy płyn ,przecedzając przez sito i filtr do kawy. przelewamy śliwowicę do butelki i odstawiamy na pół roku, śliwki można zjeść. na zdrowie, inka21

Robię też śliwowicę ale inaczej ale bardzo chętnie skorzystam Ineczko z Twojego przepisu, napewno śliwowica jest pyszna a co do śliwek to kiedyś mnie poczęstowano, fajnie się jadło ale miałam problem ze wstaniem z fotela pozdrawiam serdecznie dankarz

Robię śliwowicę tak samo , ostatnio robiłam śliwowicę z ulen , też jest pyszna .Pozdrawiam

zetes, bardzo cię przepraszam,ale nie wolno mi podawać mi tego przepisu, obiecałam mężowi,że nigdy tego nie zrobię- wybacz! slowo się rzekło
