Ten przepis jest DOSKONAŁY - dla tych oczywiście którzy lubią śliwki suszone (najlepiej duże, dorodne "Kalifornijskie" już wypestkowane! tak by po delikatnym obgotowaniu pozostały w całości i "jędrne") W mojej rodzinie pojawia się regularnie od conajminej 10 lat jako wigilijny deser. Najlepsze wino do tego przysmaku to (najtańsze ok. 12 zł) to tkz. "Bycza Krew" (Egri Bikaver). Tarta czakolada najlepiej gorzka. Deser bardzo elegancki - efekt gwarantowany. Serdecznie polecem! Śliwki można bardzo długo przechowywać w zamkniętym naczyniu w lodówce -oczywiście bez śmientany!
