Smalec do chleba

Ingredients:

500 g swieżej sloniny
250 g łopatki lub karkówki
2 cebule
4-5 ząbków czosnku
250 g pieczarek
pieprz
sól
majeranek

Prepare instructions:

Słoninę pokroić w drobną kostkę lub zemleć. Wrzucić do dużego rondla. Wlać szklankę wody, podgrzewać, od czasu mieszając, aż skwarki będą przezroczyste.
Mięso pokroić w drobną kostkę. Cebulę drobno posiekać. Mięso i cebulę podsmażyć, aż cebula nabierze złotawego koloru, wlać do stopionego smalcu i 10-15 min razem gotować, aby smaki się połączyły. Zdjąć z ognia dodać przyprawy i zmiażdżony czosnek. Wymieszać.
Surowe pieczarki pokroić w kostkę, wrzucić do kamiennego naczynia i zalać gorącym smalcem. Odstawić do zastygnięcia od czasu do czasu mieszając.

SMACZNEGO

Dla bardzo leniwych :-)
możemy użyć gotowego smalcu w kostkach, który wrzucamy do upieczonego mięsa; mięso może być mielone.

A mnie aż ślina cieknie gdy czytam przepis. Uwielbiam smalec własnej roboty. Niestety nie robię go często.
A tak nawiasem, dlaczego wam nie smakował chyba wogóle nie lubicie takiego smalcu, tak?
