Ingredients:

Na Pastę:

    1 puszka sardynki z cytryną w oleju (125g)
    1/2 średniej cebuli (obranej i pokrojonej drobno w kosteczkę)
    2 średnie ogórki konserwowe
    2 jajka kurze ugotowane na twardo (posiekane dość drobno)
    1 łyżka oleju
    sól morska,pieprz kolorowy wg.uznania
Dodatkowo:
6 kromek pieczywa dowolnego (lepiej jak by było ciemne-lepszy efekt)
2 foremki do dań (u mnie śr.8cm)

Prepare instructions:

Z pieczywa za pomocą foremek wycinamy 6 krążków.
Otwieramy puszkę i zawartość przekładamy do miseczki.Widelcem rozdrabniamy rybę. Dodajemy drobno pokrojone jajka,ogórki,olej oraz cebulkę.Solimy,pieprzymy i dokładnie mieszamy.

Na talerzu ustawiamy foremkę i na spód wkładamy krążek pieczywa,na pieczywo układamy pastę rybną wygładzając łyżeczką po całej powierzchni.Następnie znowu pieczywo i pastę. W jednej foremce mają być trzy krążki pieczywa i trzy warstwy pasty.Tą sama czynność powtarzamy z drugim torcikiem.

Dekorujemy wg. uznania i podajemy :-)
