Sos chiński mamusi muminka

Ingredients:

50 dag piersi z kurczaka
1 cebula (ok.10 dag)
1 duża czerwona papryka
1 puszka ananasów
1/2 łyżeczki imbiru
1/8 litra wywaru z warzyw (może być z kostki, 1 kostka)
3 łyżki sosu sojowego
3 łyżki oleju (do smażenia)
1 łyżka miodu (prawdziwego)
1 łyżka octu winnego
vegeta
duży ząbek czosnku
mąka kartoflana do zaciągnięcia sosu (1-2)łyżeczki

Prepare instructions:

Warzywa pokroić: paprykę w paski, cebulę i ananasa w kostkę.
Pokrojone w kostkę mięso smażyc ok.10 min na oleju.
Odstawić, wyjąć mięso i na tym samym oleju smażyć warzywa (papryka, cebula i i pokrojony drobno ząbek czosnku).
Pod koniec smażenia dodać ananasa (można dodać 4 łyżki soku z ananasa), sos sojowy, wywar z warzyw, imbir, vegeta dosmaku (jeśli mało słone).
Wszystko razem połączyć (mięso, warzywa,sos).
Na koniec gotowania zatrzepać mąką kartoflaną.

Podawać z ryżem. SMACZNEGO!!!

Uwaga: Trzeba uważać, żeby mięsa nie rozgotować. Co do zatrzepki to robię "na oko", żeby sos nie wyszedł za gęsty zaczynam od 1 łyżeczki mąki i odrobiną wody ok.1/4 szklanki. Albo zamiast wody zatrzepkę można zrobić na soku z ananasa.

Robie bardzo podobny sos i wlasnie zaklepuje go kartoflanka na soku z ananasa-polecam, pychotka:)
