Ingredients:

Ciasto:

3 szkl. mąki
1/2 szkl. cukru pudru
5 żółtek
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
25 dag. masła lub margaryny

masa:

1 litr śmietany 18 %
20 dag wiórków kokosowych
5 białek
1 szkl. cukru
1 budyń śmietankowy duży
1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Prepare instructions:

Z podanych składników zagnieść ciasto i podzielić na 2 części. 1 część wyłożyć na spód blaszki i posmarować powidłami śliwkowymi lub inną konfiturą. Drugą włożyć do zamrażarki.

Białka ubić z cukrem, dodać śmietanę i pozostałe składniki. Wymieszać. Wyłożyć masę na ciasto posmarowane powidłami. Na wierzch zetrzeć drugą część ciasta. Piec ok. 50 min. W temperaturze 180°C. Studzić ciasto ok. 3 godzin.

Jakiczy ten budyń to zwykła paczka czy może podwójna porcja
