Surowe ryby w occie - express

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

- 1 kg. swieżych śledzi nie solonych ( raczej żadna inna ryba )
- 2 duże cebule
- woda
- ocet ( ilość w/g uznania )
- liść lasurowy
- ziele angielskie
- 5 - 6 ziarenek pieprzu
- ewent. ziarenka gorczycy

Prepare instructions:

Wodę, ocet, cebulę i przyprawy - zagotować.

Oczyścić i pokroić w kawałki śledzie.
Na dno emaliowanego garnka wyłożyć część cebuli z zalewy.
Na tę cebulę pojedyńcza warstwa śledzi.
Przykryć cebulą.
Warstwa śledzi.
Na wierzch resztę cebuli
Zalać gorącą zalewą.
Postawić na małym ogniu, i ok 3 - 4 min. pogotować.
( naprawdę minimalnie ! )

Pozostawić przykryte do wystudzenia.
I do lodówki !

Zapewniam ! Ile osób u mnie tak przyrządzone śledzie jadło
- tyle osób n i e wierzyło, że śledzie przed zalaniem były surowe.
Proszę się przekonać, - życzę SMACZNEGO !

Witaj zrobilem te sledzie według Twego przepisu wyszły OK, ale pozwolilem sobie Twój przepis zmodyfikowac i zrobilem je tak w tym przepisie Śledzie w soku pomidorowym!!. Pozdrawiam

Cieszę się bardzo, że Ktoś odważył się " zaryzykować ". Dobry pomysł z tym sokiem pomidorowym, napewno są bardziej wyraziste w smaku. Następnym razem też tak zrobię. Pozdrawiam serdecznie i s m a c z n e g o !
