Ingredients:

     ♦ 1 spora kapusta pekińska
     ♦ ½ słoika papryki czerwonej marynowanej
        ( może być świeża)
     ♦ ¾ puszki kukurydzy konserwowej
     ♦ 1 pęczek szczypiorku
     ♦ 1 pęczek rzodkiewek
     ♦ 2-3 łyżki majonezu
     ♦ 1 łyżka śmietany 18%
     ♦ 1 łyżeczka musztardy
     ♦ 2-3 łyżki sosu egzotycznego (niekoniecznie)
     ♦ sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę, szczypiorek i rzodkiewki umyc, pokroic na cząstki, wymieszac. Dodac pokrojoną w kosteczkę paprykę i kukurydzę z puszki. Majonez, śmietanę i musztardę wymieszac, dodac do warzyw. Przyprawic solą, pieprzem i ewentualnie sosem egzotycznym (nadaje surówce bardzo dobry, słodko-kwaśny smak). Wstawic do lodówki.

Cieszę się, że skorzystałas z przepisu i smakowało. kolejnym razem jak będziesz miała ochotę na tą surówkę, to proponuje przełmać się i użyć kapusty pekińskiej- surówką jest wtedy bardziej "chrupiąca"
