Szarlotka z ciasta kruchego

Ingredients:

Ciasto: 2 1\2 szkl mąki
1 jajo
1 żółtko
4 łyżki cukru
szczypta soli
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1\2 paczki margaryny
1 łyżeczka smalcu
Nadzienie
1 1\2 kg jabłek
1\2 szkl cukru 2 łyżki tartej bułki

Prepare instructions:

Tłuszcz posiekać z mąką i proszkiem do pieczenia. Dodać pozostałe składniki i zagnieść ciasto w kulę. Schładzać ją przez 1-2 godz w lodówce. Podzielić ciasto na dwie części. Jedną rozwałkować na wysmarowanej margaryną i posypanej tartą bułka blaszce. Ciasto posypać 2 łyżkami tartej bułki. Jabłka pokroić. Do rondelka wlać 2 łyżki wody, włożyć jabłka, cukier i udusić ( można dodać trochę cynamonu jak ktoś lubi).Przestudzone wyłożyć na ciasto. Przykryć drugą częścią ciasta, uprzednio rozwałkowaną lub pokruszyć ją. Piec ok. 40 min. w tem 180 st. C. Po wyjęciu z piekarnika posypać cukrem pudrem. Na dużą blachę lepiej zrobić 1 1\2 porcji

Czy margaryny ma byc pol kostki?

tak ja zawsze daje pół kostki margaryny 'Kasi". Jeżeli robię półtora porcji na blachę dużą prostokatna to daję 3/4 paczki margaryny.

szarlotka pierwsza klasa. Zamiast bialego uzylam brązowego cukru. Wyszlo pycha dziekuje
