Zainspirowana śmietaną dodałam wczoraj do moich kotletów mielonych i byłam bardzo mile zaskoczona! Kotelty wyszły delikatne i mięciutkie.

Polecam dodac startego ziemniaka, wtedy kotlety mielone sa naprawde soczyste :)

Pracowałam w kuchni i kucharz zamiast jajek dodawał do mielonych starte surowe ziemniaki.

Dziękuję moi drodzy za podpowiedż ,dzisiaj są z tartym ziemniakiem.Pyszny. Zapomniałam dodać bułki ,ale są oky.Następnym razem zatesyuję ze śmietaną.
