Właśnie komponuję sobie tą mieszankę, brakuje mi chwilowo kolendry,imbiru i chili...Widziałam kolendrę zmieloną, chyba na tą chwilę tylko taką dostanę
... Jeszcze dobrze nie zmieszałam przypraw,a już unosi się zapach..takie domowe mieszanki przypraw ostatnio bardzo lubię... Czy tylko drób pasuje z tą przyprawą,jakie jeszcze inne mięsa(potrawy) pasują z tą przyprawą?
