Razowe są pyszne. Tak mnie naszło, bo wiesz co? Przyniosła mi koleżanka z pracy, w czasie gdy miała dłuższą przerwę w robocie, kawałek razowej tarty szpinakowej z pobliskiego wege baru. Ciasto razowe było takie 100-procentowe, bardzo ciemne, otrębowe, maślane, kruszące się - za ciężkie, za słodkie. Ciekawa jestem, co kucharze dodali oprócz mąki razowej, albo jaki jej rodzaj mieli do dyspozycji, skoro mój spód wyszedł jaśniejszy i lżejszy. Zresztą, pal licho, wyszedł mi taki, jak sobie wymarzyłam :)
