Tarta z jabłkami i prażonymi migdałami

Ingredients:

25 dag mąki
1 jajko
1 żółtko
20 dag masła
10dag cukru pudru
skórka otarta z pół cytryny

3 jabłka
2 garście rodzynek
cukier do posypania jabłek

1/2 szklanki cukru pudru
sok z cytryny
5 dag płatków migdałowych

Prepare instructions:

Ciato zagniatamy z podanych składników i wkładamy na 1/2 godziny do lodówki. W tym czasie na suchej patelni prażymy płatki migdałowe aż do lekkiego zrumienienia. Z cukru pudru i soku z cytryny ucieramy lukier.
Po schłodzeniu ciasto wyjmujemy i wykładamy połowe na blaszkę do tarty wysmarowana masłem, nastepnie nakładamy obrane i drobno pokrojone jabłka wymieszane z rodzynkami i posypane cukrem i przykrywamy reszta ciasta. Pieczemy w 180^odo momentu aż będzie rumiane. Po wyjęciu lukrujemy i posypujemy płatkami migdałowymi.

Witam, mam pytanie od odnośnie wielkości foremki do tarty? Ile cm?

Witam :) foremka powinna mieć ok 30-32 cm :) piekłam ja kiedyś tez w 28 cm tortownicy :)
