Ciasto orzechowe;
15 dkg orzechów
15 dkg cukru
5 jajek
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Ciasto kokosowe;
13 dkg wiórek kokosowych
12,5 dkg cukru
4 białka

Ciasto czekoladowe;
9 jajek
20 dkg cukru
5 dkg kakao
7 dkg mąki krupczatki
1 łyżeczka sody

Masa;
niecały litr mleka
cukier waniliowy
7 żółtek
30 dkg cukru pudru
kopiata łyżka mąki pszennej
kopiata łyżka mąkiziemniaczanej
3 łyżki młeka
2 1/2 kostki masła
dowolnie kakao, spirytus i bakalie.

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto orzechowe;
Ciasto zrobić jak biszkopt i upiec.

Ciasto kokosowe;
Białka ubić, dodać cukier i wiórka kokosowe wymieszać.Upiec.

Ciasto czekoladowe;
Ciasto zrobić jak biszkopt i upiec.

Masa;
Niecały litr mleka zagotować z wanilią. Żółtka utrzeć z cukrem pudrem, dodać obie mąki dodać 3 łyżki zimnego mleka i wlać na gotujące mleko. Utrzeć masło i dodać ugotowany i ostudzony budyń. Można dodać kakao i spirytus i do połowy bakalie. Przełożyć blaty i udekorować wg. własnego gustu
