Ingredients:

1 paczka biszkoptów
3 żółtka
15 dag cukru
1/2 kg waniliowego twarogu na sernik (Landmilk, u mnie ser z Biedronki)
2 1/2 łyżki żelatyny rozpuszczonej w 1/3 szkl. gorącej wody + 2 łyżeczki rozpuszczone oddzielnie w 1/4 szkl. gorącej wody
3-4 białka
50 dag kremówki podzielonej na pół
1 śnieżka
1 saszetka kawy cappuccino o ulubionym smaku
wiórki i 1/3 tabliczki startej czekolady do dekoracji
kiwi

Prepare instructions:

Żelatyny rozpuść w gorącej wodzie (jedną w 1/3 szkl, drugą w 1/4 szklanki). Ostudzić.
Biszkoptami wyłożyć tortownicę.
Żółtka i cukier utrzeć na puszystą masę, dodać twarożek. Utrzeć. Oddzielnie ubić białka, oddzielnie 25 dag śmietany kremówki. Połączyć z masą serową. Dodać zimną, ale płynną żelatynę( tę rozpuszczoną w 1/3 szkl wody). Wymieszać.
Wylać na tortownicę o średnicy 24 cm i wstawić do lodówki na godzinę.

Kiwi pokroić w plastry i ułożyć na masie serowej.
Resztę śmietany ubić ze śnieżką, dodać cappuccino w proszku i chłodną żelatynę (tę rozpuszczoną w 1/4 szkl. wody).
Wylać na ciasto.
Wierzch i boki ciasta udekorować wiórkami i startą czekoladą.
Wstawić do lodówki na 3 godziny.
