Wolowina w marynacie z sosem cytrynowo-smietank

Ingredients:

15 - 20 dkg poledwicy wolowej
1 zabek czosnku
1 szkl smietanki slodkiej
sok z 1/2 cytryny
odrobine masla do smazenia

      Na marynate-

           -    po kilka galazek swiezej bazylii i natki pietruszki
            -   2 lyzki oleju
            -   2-3 lyzki posiekanych orzechow wloskich
             - 1 zabek czosnku
             - sok z 1/2 cytryny

Prepare instructions:

   1. MARYNATA-

       Listki bazylii i natki zmiksowac z olejem , posiekanymi orzechami , zabkiem czosnku oraz z sokiem z cytryny.

   2. Do marynaty wlozyc pokrojona w paski wolowine , zafoliowac i wstawic do lodowki na 3-4 godziny

   3. Po tym czasie usmazyc mieso na patelni - razem z marynata.

   4. Przygotowac SOS CYTRYNOWO - SMIETANKOWY -

   --Zgnieciony zabek czosnku podsmazyc na masle, dodac sok z 1/2 cytryny oraz smietanke.
   --Gotowac na malym ogniu do czasu az sos zgestnieje

5. Na koniec polac mieso sosem .

A ile trzeba smażyć to mięso? Nie mam doświadczenia w prawidłowym smażeniu wołowiny, więc przeważnie zmieniam przepisy i wciskam wszędzie filety z kurczaka......
