Zapiekanka makaronowa jabłkowo- orzechowa

Ingredients:

Składniki:

Opakowanie (400g) makaronu typu rurki
Duży słoik musu jabłkowego (750ml)
100g orzechów włoskich
2-3 jajka
łyzka masła
1/2 szkl. cukru lub trochę mniej
szklanka dobrego jogurtu naturalnego (np. Bakoma)

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie:

Jeśli nie mamy jabłkowego musu można go przyrządzić w następujący sposób: 1 kg jabłek obieramy, kroimy w kawałki, podlewamy odrobina wody i dusimy pod przykryciem w garku lub na głębszej patelni aż powstanie nam gładki mus. W zależności od upodobań smakowych dodajemy cukru, cynamonu.

Makaron gotujemy na półtwardo w osolonej wodzie.
Duże zaroodporne naczynie smarujemy masełkiem i układamy warstwami makaron i mus jabłkowy.

Do jogurtu dodajemy cukier, jajka i połowę orzechów - miksujemy.
Zapiekankę polewamy sosem jogurtowym, posypujemy pozostałymi orzechami i zapiakamy w nagrzanym do 180stopni C piekarniku przez jakieś 30-35minut.

Podajemy na ciepło lub zimno :)

Super przepis! Na pewno go wykorzystam, tym bardziej, że w piwnicy mam pełno słoików z musem jabłkowym... Przepis ląduje w ulubionych i postaram się w najbliższym czasie go wykorzystać :)
