składniki do zapiekanki:
ziemniaki 10 szt
kiełbasa wędzona 1 petko
cebula 3 szt.
pomidor 1 szt
majeranek, sól, pieprz, bazylia
składniki nan sos:
smietana rame creme fine do sosów lub smietana 18%
ser żółty starty 25 dkg.
czosnek 2 ząbki

Prepare instructions:

ziemniaki w mundurkach gotujemy na wpół miękko, obieramu i kroimy w plastry ok 5 mm
kiełbasę, cebulę i pomidora kroimy w talarki
żaroodporne naczynie smarujemy masłem
szykujemy sos: połowa startego sera trafia do smietany wraz ze zgniecionym czosnkiem
układamy połowę zeimniaczków na zasadzie rybiej łuski (nakładając ja lekko na siebie)
na ziemniaki układamy cebuję i pomidora, przyprawiamy i smarujemy połą sosu
układamy znowu ziemniaki i polewany resztą sosu, posypujemy połową sera i przyprawiamy.
pieczemy około 50 minut w 180c
