Ingredients:

* 5 jajek

* 1 i 3/4 szklanki cukru

* 2,5 szklanki mąki

* 3/4 szklanki oleju

* 3 płaskie łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

* 1 szklanka gorącej wody

* 3 łyżki kakao

Prepare instructions:

1. Całe jajka ubić z cukrem. Dodać mąkę, olej, proszek do pieczenia i wodę. Dokładnie wymieszać.

2. Masę podzielić na dwie części: do jednej dodać 3 łyżki kakao, a do drugiej 3 łyżki mąki.

3. Na wysmarowaną masłem i obsypaną bułką tartą blaszkę nakładać ciasto - na środek 3 łyżki ciemnej masy, na to trzy łyżki białej masy i tak aż do wyczerpania ciasta.

4. Piec w 180stopniach, około godziny, wcześniej sprawdzając patyczkiem.

Przepis mam od mojej Cioci, która uwielbiała piec ciasta. Zebra jest bardzo prosta i z pewnością każdemu wyjdzie. Kiedyś z mamą piekłyśmy ją również w prodiżu :) Polecam!

Do tego ciasta dodać gorącą wodę,a czy niezetną się wtedy jajka,czy najpierw ją wystudzić?

Ja dodaję gorącej - może nie aż takiego wrzątku,który bulgocze ale ciepłą :) Jeśli dobrze się to wszystko wymiesza to myślę,że powinno być ok! Pozdrawiam! ;)
