Ingredients:

2-3 ziemniaki pokrojone w mala kostke
mrozone jarzynki lub swieze (brokuly, marchewka, kalafior, cukinia, groszek, kukurydza) cokolwiek ma sie pod reka
cebulka skrojona w kostke (mozna ja podsmazyc)
1 szkl. lub wiecej w/g gustu sera chedar startego
szklanka kwasnej smietany lub 1/2 szklanki mleka
puszka skondensowanej kremowej zupy np;. z pieczarek, kury, asparagusu....obojetnie aby byla zupa krem
no i przyprawy......moze byc: oregan, bazylia, rozmaryn (suszone chili peppers dla tych co lubia na ostro)
sol i pieprz do smaku

P.S. Dla tych co maja dostep do mrozonki hash browns to uzyc zamiast surowych ziemniakow.

Reszta bardzo prosta...

Wszystkie skladniki wymieszac w misce. (Ja czasami tez dodaje lyzke majonezu)
Wylozyc na zaroodporne naczynie lekko wysmarowane olejem.
tak wyglada przed wstawieniem do piekarnika
Piec w piekarniku w okolo 200 stopni (375 F) jakas godzinka (az ziemniaki beda miekkie).
Podawac jako dodatek do miesa lub....

Opcja 2;
podsmazyc lekko przyprawione kotlety schabowe (bez panierki),

ulozyc ja na wymieszanych skladnikach i siup to wszystko do piekarnika.
Opcja 3;
Dodac podsmazony boczek......

mało czytelny przepis ? co jest na 1 zdjęciu (to ciemne wygląda jak mięso) dziwne

Walerian,spójrz na Opcję 2 i wszystko jasne na fotce, tak jak cały przepis.Przepraszam autorkę, że się wtrącam:)
