Robiłam to curry wiele razy i ryba nigdy mi sie nie usmażyła aż do postaci skwarka... poza tym ja uważam za zrumienione ziemniaki, które nabrały złotego koloru a nie np. brązowego. Przy wysokiej temperaturze smażenia (jesli ziemniaki są ugotowane) wystarczy przecież chwila do zezłocenia.
