Próbuję robić te zupy z bambusem, ale przy krótkim gotowaniu on ma taki moim zdaniem gorszy smak. Dopiero jak się dłużej pogotuje z rosołem, to nabiera cała zapa tego smaku. Niestety nie potrafię tej zupy zrobić tak jak powinno być. Jadłem kiedyś w restauracji, jakąś tak zagęszczoną i nie potrafię tego powtórzyć w domowych warunkach.
