Ingredients:

BISZKOPT:

1 szk. mąki tortowej
czuabata łyżka mąki ziemiacznaej
4 jaja
1 łyżeczka octu
1 szkl. cukru
1 łyżeczka proszku do piecz

MASA:

2 tabliczki białej czekolady
2 torebki śnieżki
0,5 l śmietany 18%
25 dag wiórek kokosowych
płatki migdałowe

Prepare instructions:

BISZKOPT:

4 żółtka utrzeć z proszkiem do pieczenia, białka ubić na sztywną pianę razem z cukrem, dodać utarte żółtka, mąkę i ocet. Wylać na blachę i piec w 180 ok 30min.

MASA:

2 tabliczki czekolady rozpuścić w kąpieli wodnej, dodać smietanę, wystudzić tą masę. Mieszając mikserem dodać snieżkę po mału. Na koniec dać wiórki kokosowe i wymieszać.

Biszkopt dzielimy na 2 części. Pomiędzy nie ułożyć krem ale zostawiąjąc małą część na wierzch. Smarujemy góre ciasta i sypiemy płatkami migdałowymi... Jemy ...Mhmm PYCHA ;D

Czy śnieżka ma być ubijana z czekoladą i śmietaną na sztywno ?

śnieżka nie będzie ubita na sztywno będzie masą dość lejąca ale kiedy doda się wiórki kokosowe to będzie ścisła i łatwa do smarowania ;)
