Ingredients:

2 kg gruszek nieprzejrzalych,o zwartym miazszu
3/4 kg cukru
3/4 litra wody
1/2 litra octu 10%
kilkanascie gozdzikow

Prepare instructions:

Obrac gruszki, pozostawiajac je w calosci i nie pozbawiajac szypulki, wyjac jedynie przy pomocy podluznej skrobaczki gniazdka pestkowe.
Od razu wkladac do lekko zakwaszonej octem wody aby nie ciemnialy..
Zagotowac wode z cukrem,octem i gozdzikami, do wrzatku wlozyc gruszki i gotowac niezbyt intensywnie, az gruszki nabiora zlotawego koloru i stana sie jakby szkliste. Wlozyc do sloikow, szczelnie zamknac.

Przepis pochodzi z czasopisma "Kobieta i Zycie" z lat 70-tych ub.wieku!!!!!

Czy gruszki się pasteryzuje??

Nie Smerfetko87, tych gruszek sie nie pasteryzuje. Wystarczy zakrecic wieczko a ja nawet przykrywam tylko celofanem. Staraj sie, by cale gruszki byly pokryte octem /juz w sloiku/ ale i mimo tego gruszki, te wierzchnie troche ciemnieja. Smaku to nie zmienia, tylko z wygladu nie sa takie jasne jak na poczatku.

Gruszeczki pyszne, a podobno nie lubię mięs z owocami:) do pieczeni na zimno idealne.

polecam dodanie jeszcze paczki cukru wanilinowego :) sa na prawde pyszne
