Ingredients:

Mini kolby kukurydzy w dowolnej ilosci
1 litr wody
1 litr octu
50 g cukru
1 pokrojona cebula
6 ziaren pieprzu
3 ziarna ziela angielskiego
1 listek bobkowy
szczypta tymianku
szczypta estragonu
1/2 lyzeczki gorczycy

Prepare instructions:

Kolby mini kukurydzy obgotowac 5 minut. Po wystudzeniu wlozyc kukurydze do sloikow, najlepiej takich na jednorazowe zuzycie.
Przygotowac nalew: do garnka wlac wode, dodac pokrojona cebule i przyprawy oprocz soli. Zagotowac. Dolac ocet, posolic do smaku i jeszcze raz zagotowac pod przykryciem.
Sitkiem wybrac przyprawy i cebule.
Zalewac kukurydze tak, by cala byla zanurzona w zalewie, najlepiej by warstwa zalewy nad kukurydza wynosila okolo 1 cm.
Natychmiast zamknac sloiki, ulozyc w chlodnym miejscu.

Nie trzeba pasteryzowac.

Uwaga, jest to kukurydza marynowana, nie konserwowa, jest kwasna!
Ja bym dodala wiecej cukru.

No i zrobilam te kolbki kukurydzy.
Ale oczywiscie dodalam wiecej cukru. Smak zalewy byl ok ale co do smaku kukurydzy juz zamarynowanej, to sprawdze dopiero na poczatku pazdziernika bo na wtedy je potrzebuje, i na pewno napisze jak smakowaly.
Jeszcze raz dzieki za przepis.
