Maślankowiec z owocami i kruszonką

Ingredients:

Składniki na ciasto:

1 szklanka maślanki
3 jajka
0,5 szklanki oleju
1 szklanka cukru pudru
2,5 szklanki mąki pszennej
3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 cukier waniliowy

350 g dowolnych owoców

Składniki na kruszonkę:

185 g mąki pszennej
100 g cukru pudru
100 g masła
cukier waniliowy

Prepare instructions:

Ubić jajka z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym, dolać olej i maślankę, na końcu mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem. Dobrze utrzeć. Wylać na dużą blachę (26x40 lub średnią 25x36), równomiernie wysypać owoce, a na n ich rozkruszyć w palcach kruszonkę. Piec 35-40min w temperaturze 180^oC.

Przygotować kruszonkę:
Masło roztopić i mocno ciepłe wlać do miseczki z mąką wymieszaną z cukrem pudrem i cukrem waniliowym. Dobrze wymieszać i zagnieść kruszonkę.

Kruszonką posypać ciasto z jagodami.

* nie dodawajcie więcej niż 35 - 40 dag owoców (ciasto się zapadnie, powstanie zakalec i będziecie z niego niezadowoleni)

Powiem tak ciasto bardzo dobre choć wyszło mi troche zakalcowate,ale na pewno sprobuje je upiec jeszcze raz .Warte jest jeszcze jednej próby.
