Very easy

Ingredients:

2 kg. ogórków gruntowych

3 litry wody

6 łyżek soli

3 łyżki cukru

duża główka czosnku

koper do kiszenia

3-4 kawałki chrzanu

2 papryczki chilli

ziele angielskie, liście laurowe, gorczyca

Zdjęcie pierwszych ogórków w tym roku:)

Prepare instructions:

Ogórki płuczemy i obcinamy obydwie końcówki. W dużym słoju (ja mam taki 5-litrowy) układamy na dnie :
-trochę kopru
-kilka ogórków
-kawałek chrzanu pokrojony na mniejsze cząstki
-2-3 ząbki czosnku pokrojone na mniejsze cząstki
-3-4 kawałki papryczki chilli
-4-5 kulek ziela angielskiego
-2-3 liście laurowe
-trochę gorczycy

Na to znowu koper i ogórki i resztę składników aż do wyczerpania.

Gotujemy wodę z solą i cukrem i tym wrzątkiem zalewamy ogórki. Zakręcamy lub zakrywamy słoik. Po 2 dniach są już gotowe do jedzenia.
Tak przyrządzone ogórki są bardzo aromatyczne i nie robią się z nich "kapcie".
