można oczywiście, tylko zawsze pamiętać o tym, żeby jej nie zagotowywać...

pawimag, to będzie coś koło 75g... inaczej trochę mniej niż 1/3 szklanki
niczego w przepisie nie brakuje, w wielu przepisach na muffinki w ogóle nie ma jajka... taka specyfika.

oczywiście że można :) tylko trzeba ich dać trochę więcej, mlecznej ok. półtora raza (czyli 150 zamiast 100 g) a białej nawet 2 razy, mają mniej intensywny smak od gorzkiej czekolady.

oczywiście, że można użyć masła! w zasadzie, to tłuszcz w przepisach na muffinki traktuję dość dowolnie - po prostu biorę, co mam pod ręką, byleby był. formy na babeczki jak najbardziej się nadają, tylko trzeba nałożyć do nich trochę mniej masy, żeby się nie przelała, gdy będą rosły. bon appetit ;)
