Sałatka jest wyśmienita ,polecam i prosta w przygotowaniu.Można zamiast tuńczyka dodać ugotowany filet z kurczaka :)

tak,taki napój jest nie tylko dobry na orzeżwienie,ale chroni przed infekcjami stosowany systematycznie albo rano ,albo na wieczór.Sprawdzone :) POLECAM!!!!!

Bardzo Dobre, ale można prościej. Do zwykłego spaghetti z sosem pomidorowym(najlepszy z własnych pomidoróww z kaparami) dodaś puszkę tuńczyka w oleju. Też pyszne
