Mar'La bardzo dziękuję za szybką odpowiedź. Już mi ślinka cieknie na samą myśl o tej wędlince. Idę zaraz do sklepu po mięsko i będę dzisiaj próbować.

Czy jeżeli będę to mięsko zapiekała w piekarniku w formie pasztetu, to też muszę dodać sól peklującą, czy może być normalna sól? Mam wielką ochotę na wypróbowanie tego przepisu, ale mieszkam w Londynie, więc mam problem i z osłonką i z solą peklującą. Pozdrawiam.

Właśnie to jest w tych kotletach fajne, że nie potrzeba dużo mięsa a i tak są smaczne. Kapustę trzeba dobrze odcisnąć i jak się da tylko jedno jajko to masa będzie mała dobrą konsystencję.
