jedna porcja moze byc zamalo, wychodza tak z 3 blachy. Ostatnio upieklam pierniczki z 3 porcji i wyszedl caly karton na buty.
Ta kula ciasta na zdjeciu jest z podwojnej porcji.

Do Ulam: dziekuje za dobra rade, wyprobuje w kolejnej porcji, bo produkcja przedswiateczna u mnie wrze ;)

Nareszcie znalazlam uniwersalny przepis na pierniczki. Bede je robila co roku. Juz zrobilam 3 porcje i ciagle nie mam dosyc, pozatym ciagle je podjadamy.

Jedna wersje zrobilam mala na oplatkach (na zdjeciu), sa pyszne.

Mam tylko jedno pytanie, zawsze jak dodaje jajka i sode do maki, to maka sie bryli i poten powstaja male gruzdki mimo ze wyrabiam ciasto dlugo. Czy tyk ma byc?

Milych Swiat i zajadania sie pierniczkami.
