w koncu znalazlam sposob na naprawde latwe i dobre racuszki.nie mialam sody i dodalam lyzeczke prosz.do pieczenia(wymiszany uprzednio z maka).jak ktos lubi bardzo jablka to polecam , mus jablkowy na racuchy , posypany cukrem cynamonowym. pozdrawiam

Nie jestem jeszcze przekonana , ale zdecydowalam sie na ten eksperyment.Kotlety sa juz w smietanie i teraz tylko ,,wola nieba.Normalnie bym sie nie przejmowala , ale jestem na obczyznie i juz powiedzialam znajomym ze beda trdycyjne polskie kotlety , tzw.schaboszczaki.No i przeczytalam ten przepis.Przede mna dzien chwaly lub porazki...polskiej kuchni.Jutro dam znac
