juz naprawiłam błąd, .renataz36 dziękuję za uwagę

 a saładka jest przepyszna normalnie zjadam jej ogromne ilości

mieso smażyłam na patelni teflonowej lekko posmarowanej oliwą z oliwek, a że sałatka jest bez majonezu tylko z jogurtem naturalnym, to można spokojnie jadać. ale wiadomo, że co za dużo to nie zdrowo
