Ciasteczka kruche jeszcze nigdy nie wyszły mi tak kruche! super przepis! :)

Witajcie!

Zrobiłam próbę generalną przed świętami i upiekłam pierniczki ściśle według przepisu, dodając jedynie mniej cukru. Pierwszy raz piekłam pierniki ale wyszły mi świetne:) i nic a nic nie stwardniały. Piekłam 5,5 min w piekarniku rozgrzanym do około 185st.C Moim zdaniem  nie ma żadnej różnicy czy piecze się na zwykłym grzaniu czy przy termoobiegu byle tylko wyjąć je w odpowiednim momencie. Wychodzą super! Teraz zarobię ciasto na świąteczne pierniki:D
