Znam ten sposob przyrzadzania schabu. Mieso jest bardzo smaczne i tak jakby slodkawe - od cebuli. Polecam wyprobowanie, bo czasu zajmuje niewiele, danie jest proste,stosunkowo niedrogie i naprawde smaczne!

mmmm zrobiłem ze speckiem i wędzoną słoniną zamiast naszego boczku, wyszło pyszne; dodatkowo polecam do cebuli gałkę muszkatołową i szczyptę (ale małą :) ) curry; po wierzchu posypałem grudkami sera pleśniowego (Lazur czy inny).
Jako fan cebuli i tart polecam zrobić tartę cebulową :) robi się identycznie, tylko zamiast drożdżowego jest ciasto kruche, trzeba je nieco podpiec bez farszu w foremce, bo inaczej zrobi się zakalec ...
