generalnie mielone przyprawiam standardowo-sól, pieprz, marejanek i oczywiście jajko do związania.

pieczarki jak smażę to też sól pieprz.

i jak wszystko połącze sprawdzam smak i ewentualnie doprawiam. Wszystko bez jakiś specjalnych przypraw :)
