Aromatyczna flądra lub sola

Ingredients:

Porcja dla dwoch osob:

- 2 filety fladry lub soli
- 1/4 lyzeczki soli
- 1/4 lyzeczki czarnego pieprzu
- 2 lyzki soku z cytryny
- 3 lyzki masla, stopionego
- 2 lyzki majonezu
- 1/4 szklanki startego Parmesanu
- 2 lyzki posiekanego szczypioru
- odrobina oliwy z oliwek

Prepare instructions:

Rybe posolic i popieprzyc, posmarowac sokiem z cytryny i umiescic w lodowce na 2-3 godziny. W tym czasie przygotowac reszte skladnikow i wymieszac je.
Rozgrzac grill (srednia temperatura) lub piekarnik (180 st. C lub 370 F).
Nastepnie dwa kawalki folii aluminiowej posmarowac lekko oliwa, umiescic na nich kawalki ryby i rozsmarowac przygotowana mieszanine. Folii nie zamykac, lecz otwarta umiescic na grillu lub w piekarniku i zapiec ok. 10 min.
Podawac z ulubionymi dodatkami.

Rybka wychodzi soczysta i rzeczywiscie aromatyczna. Szybko sie ja przygotowywuje i czas pieczenia jest krotki. Mozna ja przygotowac wczesniej i tylko potem szybciutko upiec. Znakomita na grilla i wszelkiego rodzaju spotkania towarzyskie. Polecam wszystkim!

Dzisiaj spróbowałem i jestem zachwycony.
Bardzo dobra rybka (wprawdzie miałem pod ręką dorsza a nie flądrę) , soczysta i delikatna ,
znakomita alternatywa dla ciężkich ryb w panierce.
Polecam.

Właśnie takiego przepisu poszukiwałam:-))) dziś wypróbuję bo flądra czeka w lodówce na przyrządzenie Tylko zamiast szczypiorku będzie natka pietruszki, bo nie mam szczypiorku.
