Ingredients:

2 dojrzale awokado, 5 łyzek soku z cytryny, 1 duży pomidor, średnia czerwona cebula, 1 lyżeczka przyprawy "kucharek "lub 'wegeta' sól, pieprz do smaku, 1/4 łyżeczki sosu tabasco

Prepare instructions:

z awokado wyjmujemy pestki i cały miąższ, z pomidora wyjmujemy pestki i kroimy go z kostke(bez pestek naturalnie), następnie miąższ awokado w połączeniu z cytryna rozgniatamy widelcem, dodajemy drobno posiekana cebule, pomidor, doprawiamy przyprawami, dodajemy sos- delikatnie mieszamy- calosc wkladamy do "łódeczki awokado" i podajemy gościom. inka21

nic mi na ten temat nie wiadomo niestety, a w Meksyku nigdy nie bylam, robię awokado w ten sposob od lat ale po raz pierwszy slysze ,ze to meksykańskie żarelko , pozdrawiam inka21
